GENERAL

✦ I have the right to decline any request I'm not comfortable drawing, such as any racist, homophobic, or other derogatory and otherwise offensive themes.

✦ I have the right to use the work-in-progress sketches and coloring, as well as final product on my social media accounts, portfolio, and commission sheets for marketing of my services. If you’d like to opt-out of this, please notify me in the request.

PAYMENTS

✦ I will only begin your commission after full payment is received up front.

✦ The exception is commissioned pieces that exceed $200+ USD, in which 50% of the total price must be paid upfront while the other 50% is paid after the work is completed.

✦ An invoice will be sent over to your provided payment method (in this case, through Vgen). Failure to pay within the next 7 days will result in your commission being forfeited unless an extension has been negotiated beforehand.

✦ Commission prices are subject to change over time, but commissions made before these changes will not be affected.

REVISIONS

✦ Sketch Commissions have a quick turn around time, therefor there won't be any back and forth revisions during the process.

✦ After completion you are allowed ONE revision free of charge, this doesn't include if I forget a vital component of the character in the illustration based off the referenced provided at the beginning.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✦ Depending on complexity, commissions take from 1 month to 4 months depending on my schedule, and the complexity of the commissioned piece. 

✦ Please state your deadline in advance if you need the piece by a particular date.

✦ A rush order will add +50% to your commission bill.

USE

✦ Please do not resell commissioned work. This includes making it into merch, or if you are selling the character, remove it from the price.

✦ Please credit me as an artist if used for promotional use, video production, or streaming.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ The rights of uploading or using commissions as showcase material will be retained by the artist for the purpose of self-promotion. If you wish for your commission to be private, please let me know in advance.

✦ Using any of my commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. This statement also applies in using my art for training AI/ML models, this is also not permitted.

REFUNDS

✦ No refunds can be made once I start working on your commission or after it's completed.

✦ I will only refund if I fail to deliver in the time-frame given, or if I am suddenly unable to complete the project.
